SHIPPING POLICY

Under normal circumstances, all orders placed and paid for (with payment reflected in our bank account) will be shipped on the next business day. This excludes weekends and public holidays.

Our courier partners operate Monday to Friday only. Orders are collected and delivered on business days.

If your order is collected on a Friday using Overnight delivery, it will only be delivered on the next business day.


Important Notes

  • No order will be processed or shipped until payment has cleared in our bank account.
  • Immediate payments are recommended when selecting Bank Transfer/EFT at checkout.

Overnight Shipping

Orders must be placed before 10:00 AM to be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.

While Overnight delivery typically arrives the next day, delays of an additional business day may occur depending on location and external factors.


Delivery Timeframes

Once payment is confirmed:

  • Overnight Shipping: 1โ€“2 business days
  • Economy Shipping: 2โ€“4 business days

We use trusted courier partners depending on delivery location and efficiency.

Available options include:

  • Overnight Delivery (Gauteng & National)
  • Economy Shipping
  • Pudo Locker-to-Locker Collection

Address Requirements

All delivery addresses must include:

  • Street name or corner
  • Suburb
  • City/Town
  • Province

For business deliveries, please include:

  • Building name
  • Office/unit number
  • Floor (if applicable)

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.


PUDO LOCKER DELIVERY

Our Pudo Locker service allows convenient collection.

How It Works:

  • Delivery within 3โ€“5 business days
  • Select your preferred locker during checkout
  • If not specified, the closest locker to your provided address will be assigned

Important:

  • Locker cannot be changed once shipped
  • By not selecting a locker, you accept the assigned location

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, Herbal Bliss only accepts returns or refunds in cases where incorrect items were supplied.


Return Conditions

  • Must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order
  • Email: info@herbalbliss.co.za
  • Include clear photographic evidence

Returned items must:

  • Be sealed
  • Unopened
  • In original packaging

If conditions are met, we will proceed with return/replacement.

Otherwise, all sales are final.

  • Faster order processing

Bank Transfer / EFT

  • Immediate payment recommended
  • Delayed clearing = delayed shipping

Orders are processed only once payment clears.
