Where are Herbal Bliss products made and packaged?
Our products are manufactured, encapsulated, and packaged in Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa. We focus on small-batch preparation and carefully sourced ingredients to help ensure quality and consistency.
Do you have a physical store?
No. Herbal Bliss currently operates as an online wellness store only.
However, customers in the Centurion area may arrange order collections by prior arrangement. Please indicate your proposed collection time in the order comments section at checkout.
Please allow approximately 2–3 hours for order preparation depending on current processing volumes and order size.
What ingredients do you use in your capsules?
We use high-quality halal-certified bovine gelatin capsules that are additive-free and undergo strict quality verification processes, including Certificate of Analysis (COA) verification.
Capsule specifications and COA documentation may be made available upon request where applicable.

Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our wellness products, returns and exchanges are only accepted if an incorrect item was supplied.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their order and provide supporting photos via email to info@kratombliss.co.za.
Returned products must remain sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
