Our products are manufactured, encapsulated, and packaged in Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa. We focus on small-batch preparation and carefully sourced ingredients to help ensure quality and consistency.

3. Do you have a physical store?

No. Herbal Bliss currently operates as an online wellness store only.

However, customers in the Centurion area may arrange order collections by prior arrangement. Please indicate your proposed collection time in the order comments section at checkout.

Please allow approximately 2–3 hours for order preparation depending on current processing volumes and order size.

4. What ingredients do you use in your capsules?

We use high-quality halal-certified bovine gelatin capsules that are additive-free and undergo strict quality verification processes, including Certificate of Analysis (COA) verification.

Capsule specifications and COA documentation may be made available upon request where applicable.

Overnight shipping orders should be placed before 10:00 AM for same-day dispatch where possible.

Orders placed after cut-off times, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery timeframes generally range between 1–4 business days depending on your selected shipping option and delivery location.

11. Do you offer Pudo Locker delivery?

Yes. We offer convenient Pudo Locker to Locker delivery services nationwide.

Customers may specify a preferred Pudo Locker location during checkout. If no locker preference is provided, the nearest available locker to your address may be selected.

12. Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of our wellness products, returns and exchanges are only accepted if an incorrect item was supplied.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their order and provide supporting photos via email to info@kratombliss.co.za.

Returned products must remain sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
